In today's lesson,we made our opie images using photoshop. The product was made to resemble that of the blur greatest hits album cover; the album artist was named Julian Opie. To begin with, i had mostly forgotten how to use photoshop but quickly got back into the swing of things. I was unsure about how to use the correct layers and how to select a colour to recolour certain parts of the photo, but once i got the hang of it, i was fine. These skills will help me in the future when it comes to creating a digipak as part of my music video coursework. My peers have gave me feedback for my work and told me that there was great detail put into the product when using the magnetic lasso tool, but i only managed to get halfway through in lesson time and therefore had to finish it off at home.
